Shipping Coordinator – Apparel Industry Join one of Australia’s leading apparel brands and play a key role in ensuring our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition. We’re looking for an experienced Shipping Coordinator to manage and streamline all incoming international shipments — from vendor handover through to warehouse delivery. About the Role Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Shipping Coordinator oversees all import activities to ensure delivery timelines are met and records are accurate. You’ll liaise daily with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal departments to keep our supply chain running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Coordinating with freight forwarders on shipment consolidation, customs clearance, and timely delivery. Liaising with apparel vendors on handover dates, shipping modes, and documentation. Monitoring shipment ETD/ETA movements and clearance statuses to maintain flow of goods. Updating Salesforce and Navision daily with accurate shipment and delivery data. Performing warehouse receipting, verifying packing lists and invoices, and maintaining shipping documentation. Monitoring and managing sea and air freight costs. Working closely with sales and operations teams to communicate any shipment delays or changes. Managing import documentation and arranging DHL pickups as required. About You You’re a confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and solving problems before they arise. With a strong grasp of international shipping processes and a passion for precision, you’ll keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
