Responsibilities Managing campaigns with clear accountability and metrics Optimising budget allocation & performance tracking Aligning creative brand efforts with conversion objectives Coordinating team priorities and execution standards Building scalable marketing infrastructure to support business growth. What we’re looking for Full Australian working rights essential Min. 3 years CPG/FMCG experience with demonstrated growth results Min. 2 years previous team leadership experience Commercial acumen with budget and ROI optimisation skills Experience with performance marketing, EDMs, or content creation advantageous Track record scaling business across online and retail channels a huge bonus Previous experience collaborating with business founders a plus.
