This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, ambitious, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence across all platforms, and help shape the identity and growth of a high‑performing real estate team. About Us We are REMAX Aspire, an expanding and high performing real estate agency led by two brothers, Jarryd and Ryan. Established in 2018 as E-Fishient Property Solutions, REMAX Aspire has been organically built on the foundation of providing open communication and developing trust and respect with staff, clients and the wider community. Our team of 20+ employees specialise in both property management and sales. About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Southport office, with fortnightly visits to our Tanah Merah office. This will be a generalist role with the ability to get involved in a broad range of marketing activities such as: Managing, creating, and optimising Facebook Ads and paid social campaigns Overseeing and executing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads Designing and maintaining high-quality brochures templates, DL flyers templates, social tiles, weekly newsletters, and marketing materials Maintaining brand templates, systems, and marketing frameworks Creating property marketing briefs and campaign deliveries Liaising directly with our Media Team to coordinate brand shoots, lifestyle photography, team content, and video shoots Liaising directly with our virtual assistant (VA) to delegate tasks, manage workflow, and ensure marketing operations run smoothly Onboarding new staff members Leading event marketing, community initiatives, and brand activations Managing marketing budgets, scheduling, and reporting as required About You Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising is highly regarded Graphic design capability (Canva required; Adobe Suite highly regarded) Video editing skills preferred for social media videos (Capcut or Edits etc) Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally Real estate marketing experience highly desirable but not essential Passionate about branding, content creation and marketing trends Why Join REMAX Aspire?
