Marketing Manager

The core purpose of the role is to drive the marketing presence for ULTIQA Hotels and Resorts, creating content through social media, online, print, and specific targeted campaigns. With a focus on continuous development and improvement initiatives in marketing performance, you will also build and maintain a strong presence for the ULTIQA brand. Responsibilities Creation, execution, and reporting on all marketing content for ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts. Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs) marketing campaigns. Working in conjunction with the Revenue Manager creating competitions, flash sales, and demand. Digital and print artwork creation using Adobe InDesign & Adobe Photoshop. Creating and managing marketing and advertising campaigns utilising all tools at your disposal including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc. Daily monitoring of social media channels and other feedback forums for ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts and ULTIQA Lifestyle, ensuring all messages, comments, and reviews, have been responded to or forwarded to relevant team members and managers for action. Protecting brand reputation by ensuring content moderation. Uniform and marketing materials ordering for the group. ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts Quarterly Owners Newsletters for each property – preparation and design. Monitor OTA & Direct bookings to guide the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) agency and to assist in making informed marketing and organizational decisions. Creation and Maintenance of all content across all platforms, including all websites, OTA’s, tourism agencies, wholesalers, and social media platforms. Production and scheduling of Social Media posts for all ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts. Lead optimal operational efficiency through effective planning and management. Implementing specific marketing strategies to ensure brand awareness. Maintain an exceptional personal standard of service toward all internal and external stakeholders. Produce weekly and monthly reports as required. Produce yearly departmental budgets. Various ad-hoc tasks for ULTIQA Lifestyle & International properties as requested. Other ad-hoc marketing tasks Qualifications and Competencies 2 Years minimum experience in a similar role ideally in the Hospitality Industry. Proven Experience in developing and implementing marketing improvements and strategies. Strong planning and organisational skills. Understanding of OH&S framework, practices, and principles. Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, and E-mail skills. Results orientated. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional personal presentation. Advanced experience in people management, team planning and conflict resolution. Sound financial skills. Creative thinking, problem solving, and decision making. Commitment to learning and growth.
