They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of its brand and growth journey. Reporting to the Managing Director, this pivotal role will drive brand strategy, donor engagement, and audience growth through creative, data‑driven marketing and communications. Reposition the brand, drive awareness and donor acquisition. Oversee content creation, social media, and event marketing. Lead a small team, collaborate with the Managing Director, and embed Yalari’s CORRIE values. Qualifications: Proven track record in strategic planning and campaign delivery. Exceptional communication skills and collaborative leadership style. Experience in managing brand identity, developing targeted campaigns and leveraging data‑driven insights. Adaptable, team‑oriented, and committed to continuous learning, including cultural competence. The position offers the opportunity to build, lead, and transform a marketing function within a warm, non‑hierarchical team, where your strategic and creative leadership will truly make a difference.
