The Role As a Flick Sales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to upgrade/renew their services and speaking with incoming warm, leads, to convert them into Flick Customers. You will be required to follow a clear and effective sales process to ensure the best possible outcome for both Flick and its customers. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound calls according to KPI’s and targets Follow the proven Flick sales process to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained Transition/upgrade current customers to the most suitable new services Present to new customers and recommend the most suitable services Obtain and record accurate information on the customers situation to ensure a seamless transition for the technical team and other departments Provide excellent customer service at all times Position requirements Proven experience in outbound sales and/or telemarketing An engaging sales energy with a results-driven focus Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customer quickly Previous experience using a CRM system, Excel & Outlook Self-motivated with the ability to work as a positive member of the team Flick Offers Competitive renumeration and commission structure (paid on each sale) Outstanding sales training – on starting and ongoing Opportunity for career development as part of a global company with branches across Australia Benefits, wellbeing, and rewards program (permanent employees) Employee discounts on Flick products/services + friends and family Onsite Parking Ready to make your mark?
