This is a *permanent, fulltime* opportunity located at our Acacia Ridge branch.This exciting role has been created to strengthen our enterprise by fostering meaningful relationships with our customers and ensuring seamless support throughout their day-to-day operations.At Hastings Deering, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting new role created to foster and strengthen meaningful relationships with our customers at key moments in their customer journey with Hastings Deering.The successful candidate will be responsible for making proactive calls to our existing customers and provide education and assistance with our digital and eCommerce platforms and ensure satisfaction with our products/services.
