Deliver evidence-based psychosocial assessments and interventions Manage routine caseloads independently and seek supervision for complex tasks Maintain accurate departmental statistics and documentation Support team education through presentations, in-services and knowledge-sharing Supervise social work students and participate in quality improvement and research Ready to make a difference? Essential Criteria Degree in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW). Selection Criteria Demonstrated clinical experience or understanding of the needs of clients accessing the health care system. Demonstrated understanding of issues associated with working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse client group. Demonstrated well-developed time management skills with excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing skills. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of quality assurance and / or clinical practice improvement activities. Ability to participate in the After Hours Crisis on Call Social Work Service.
