Customer Service Officer – Farm Machinery Muddy River has been operating in Australia since 1992 and is the exclusive distributor of some of the world’s leading short-line agricultural machinery brands, including Horsch and Degelman . We specialise in supporting our products through local assembly, parts, service and sales—working closely with dealers and directly with end-user customers across Australia. About the Role Based at our Perth facility , this role is ideal for a customer-focused parts professional who enjoys solving problems and building strong relationships. Reporting to the National Parts Manager , you’ll work closely with our WA sales, service and assembly teams and take responsibility for day-to-day parts operations, including: Responding to customer and dealer parts enquiries Parts interpretation and technical support Order processing and follow‑up Customer account management This is a hands‑on role where your service mindset, accuracy and initiative will make a real difference.
