Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 13 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. Job Description Delivering a 5-star experience every step of the way We are on the hunt for enthusiastic and passionate Guest Service Agents to join our exceptional front office team, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of hospitality and care. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will set the standard for excellence by providing warm, genuine, and attentive hospitality throughout their stay. Your role will be key in ensuring a seamless experience, proactively managing guest requests and collaborating with various departments to exceed expectations. Your dedication to going above and beyond in anticipating guest needs will contribute to creating unforgettable experiences. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and growing your hospitality skills, this is the perfect opportunity to make a lasting impact. 1 x Part-Time position and 1 x Full-Time position available Qualifications A positive attitude and professionalism, with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong team player with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively. Proficient in computer systems, with experience in Opera Cloud being a distinct advantage. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
