You will lead the Pressure Injury Prediction, Prevention & Management (PIPP) survey, provide staff education, and champion best practice in wound care. This role is clinic‑based across Taree, Forster, Gloucester, and Bulahdelah Community Health Centres, receiving referrals from the Community Health Nursing teams. You’ll work in a diverse, multidisciplinary environment alongside Community Nursing, Specialist Palliative Care, Continence Consultants, Hospital in the Home, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Audiometry, Childhood Immunisation, Diabetes Education, and Dietetics teams. About You The ideal candidate will be: An experienced nursing professional with sound knowledge in complex wound management. Skilled in leading, educating, and sharing knowledge with a collaborative, team‑focused approach. Adaptable, professional, and confident in managing complex or challenging situations.
