About The Role Based within the newly established Lower Mid‑North Coast (LMNC) Hub, this role offers a unique opportunity to provide specialist coordination and leadership in palliative and end‑of‑life care. You’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated multidisciplinary team — including nursing, allied health, medical specialists, volunteers, and GPs — to ensure patients and families are supported through every stage of their journey, in the environment that feels right for them. Each day brings variety and meaning — whether you’re leading care planning discussions, supporting colleagues to deliver safe and compassionate practice, or guiding families through some of their most vulnerable moments. You’ll bring advanced skills in palliative and end‑of‑life care, along with the ability to prioritise, collaborate, and communicate with empathy. Essential Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Post‑registration qualification in Palliative Care Minimum three years’ experience in the specialty Current driver’s licence and ability to travel across the LMNC region How We’ll Support You You’ll be warmly welcomed into a highly skilled, close‑knit team that values empathy, partnership, and professional growth.
