Technology Project Coordinator Allens is looking for a Technology Project Coordinator to support our HR Technology program, focusing on Workday platform, process automation, and AI. Your role As part of our Remuneration and People Operations team, you will be based in one of our Australian offices (Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney). You will take on a breadth of responsibilities – encouraging creativity and flexibility as each project is unique. Key duties Assisting in developing the HR technology roadmap for Allens Updating and communicating initiative plans, issues and risks as required Providing support and helping stakeholders to make key decisions around prioritisation and timelines Leading smaller projects and coordinating larger initiatives Providing input into functional and technical decisions as needed Supporting the change management activities, including review of training materials, help guides, facilitation of engagement sessions and demonstrations Supporting data migration and testing activities where required This is a full‑time 12‑month fixed term position. Allens has a hybrid working structure: typically 60% in office and 40% from home. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed. About You You have demonstrable experience in: Communication – excellent verbal and written skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams Planning and prioritisation – ability to maintain oversight of a diverse portfolio of work Problem‑solving – ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Workday system Project Management – experience managing small projects, including planning, execution and monitoring Business Analysis – strong analytical skills to understand business needs and translate into technical requirements Collaboration – ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams Attention to detail – high accuracy and accuracy in documentation and system configuration Advantageous if you also have experience with: Business Process Mapping – mapping and optimising business processes Stakeholder Management – managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels System Testing – developing and executing test plans to ensure functionality Training and Support – providing training and support to end‑users Continuous Improvement – record of identifying and implementing process improvements Your development In joining Allens, you will receive unparalleled learning and development opportunities.
