Project Coordinator – Technology Project Coordinator Allens – Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full‑time, 12‑month Fixed Term Position Overview You will be part of the Remuneration and People Operations team focused on our HR Technology program, including Workday, process automation and AI initiatives. The role requires creativity and flexibility, as each project differs. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing the HR technology roadmap for Allens Update and communicate initiative plans, issues and risks as required Support stakeholders in prioritisation and timeline decisions Lead smaller projects and coordinate larger initiatives Provide input into functional and technical decisions as needed Support change‑management activities: review of training materials, help guides, facilitation of engagement sessions and demonstrations Support data migration and testing activities when required Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain oversight of a diverse portfolio of work Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills within the Workday system Experience managing small projects (planning, execution, monitoring) Strong analytical skills – translating business needs into technical requirements Collaboration: effective teamwork across functions High attention to detail in documentation and system configuration Preferred Experience Business Process Mapping – mapping and optimizing processes Stakeholder Management – managing relationships with stakeholders System Testing – developing and executing test plans Training and Support – providing training to end‑users Continuous Improvement – identifying and implementing process improvements Your Development Allens offers extensive learning and development opportunities, coaching and support to help you grow, and an international alliance with Linklaters for worldwide secondments.
