Based in Toronto, Chainwire Fencing Specialist has been operating locally for over 15 years and has built a strong, reliable reputation. If you are looking for a long-term position in a family operated business with strong ethics, this is the position for you. Salary of $120,000 + incentive bonus + car. About the role We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to complete the effective and timely submission of quotes and tenders and manage each job and project through to completion. Key Responsibilities First point of contact for enquiries about a variety of fencing and gate solutions Undertake site inspections with clients to understand job requirements Calculate take-offs from technical drawings and construction plans Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Manage delivery of job and project through to completion Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar role in a construction environment Excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills — both verbal and written Driver's Licence and White Card. If you don’t already hold a White Card, just a willingness to gain one is needed. Proficiency in Microsoft software, experience with MYOB an advantage Australian Work Rights are required About You Self-Motivation: High levels of initiative and drive.
