Vertex Project Management is a highly successful and growing client‑side project management consultancy, delivering exceptional results on behalf of some of Australia’s leading developers and property owners. We manage exciting and diverse projects across commercial, residential, hotels, education, retail, remedial, and industrial sectors . This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results‑driven Project Manager with 5+ years’ experience to take the lead on multiple projects, work with high‑profile clients, and play a key role in our continued growth. About the role As a Project Manager at Vertex, you will: Lead multiple concurrent projects from feasibility through to completion. Work closely with our Senior Project Managers and Director, while maintaining autonomy in managing your portfolio. Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Deliver projects across the full lifecycle: feasibility, budgeting, consultant engagement, design management, authority approvals, tendering, contract negotiation, and construction delivery. Experience and Qualifications To be successful, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ client‑side project management experience. Proven experience delivering projects from inception to handover across multiple sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills. Experience preparing design briefs, engaging multi‑disciplinary consultant teams, and leading the design phase. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting. Excellent contract administration skills (AS4000 or AS4902). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Existing networks within the NSW client, consultant, and contractor community (desirable). Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (essential).
