Key Skills & Qualifications Proven Project Management Experience: Demonstrated success in leading complex technical or IT projects from start to finish. Strong Technical Knowledge: Expertise in network architecture, infrastructure, and deployment, including experience with firewalls, switches, wireless, and cloud networking. Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop strategic project roadmaps that align with business objectives. Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving project challenges. Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing effective mitigation plans.
