We’re a property development group based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, operating across Property Advisory, Building, and Styling. We’re looking for a full-time Content Creator & Marketing Manager to help align our story and elevate how we present ourselves online. The goal is simple: tell our story better and showcase what we do with impact. About the Role This role works directly with the Director across both the company’s project portfolio and personal brand. You’ll be responsible for capturing, editing, and posting engaging content that reflects the quality of our builds, the lifestyle behind them, and the people who make it happen. Key Responsibilities Capture and edit photo/video content across active and completed projects Manage social media platforms: content planning, scheduling, posting, and engagement Capture professional real estate–style photos and videos for completed projects Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow social media reach and brand awareness Work with external businesses (where required) to deliver a new website and refine brand presentation Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints: uniforms, signage, design templates, etc. Liaise with graphic designers, web developers, and creative partners Highly Regarded Experience in building, property, or real estate industries Ability to operate a drone and capture professional‑grade photo/video content (minimising the need to outsource) Graphic design experience (minimize the need to outsource) (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar) Owning your own equipment for content capture and editing Growth & Culture This role offers an opportunity to learn and grow with a quickly scaling business.
