We collaborate with clients to analyze and influence fan behavior, including spending habits, event attendance, preferred channels, and content consumption. Our insights help clients expand their audiences and increase revenues, both direct-to-consumer and B2B. Trusted by over 900 clients worldwide, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, NFL, Nike, and Amazon, we operate from 14 offices globally with nearly 1000 employees. Our Rights Management division serves as a sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands, pioneering rights-sales capabilities that leverage the emotional power of sport to generate commercial results for rights-owners and impactful brand partnerships. We have successfully closed over $1.2 billion in sponsorship rights deals for major sports properties, including record-breaking agreements for UEFA Women’s Football, the All Blacks, and Mercedes F1. Our goal is to maximize client revenues while avoiding the fixed costs of maintaining large in-house sales teams. We focus on solving problems rather than just selling assets and are actively expanding our client base, geographical reach, and sales team. Requirements We are seeking an experienced sponsorship sales professional for the role of Sponsorship Sales Lead. You will lead high-profile sponsorship negotiations for premium rights holders globally. Your role involves proactively sourcing and engaging potential sponsors across various categories and regions, qualifying prospects, securing meetings, and building relationships. You will develop trusted relationships with decision-makers at global brands. You will influence senior business decision-makers across sectors and markets worldwide. You will execute competitive processes to negotiate and finalize major sponsorship deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing multiple significant sponsorship deals with premium global sports or entertainment rights holders. Strong influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills are essential. Experience working across different countries, cultures, and time zones is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
