Overview Sunnyfield Disability Services is seeking passionate Support Workers for our shared living houses in Frenchs Forest, Northern Beaches. You’ll be the first friendly face clients see each day and help them get ready, set goals, and participate in daily activities with confidence. Roles include personal care, community adventures, and contributing to supports that matter. What You’ll Be Doing Morning Motivator: Support clients with morning routines, breakfast, and daily activities. Skill Builder: Help build independence through everyday tasks and life skills. Community Connector: Take clients to appointments, programs, or enjoyable outings. Behaviour Supporter: Follow personalised plans with empathy and consistency. Admin Extraordinaire: Keep notes tidy and ensure effective communication. Team Player: Collaborate with families and fellow support workers to maintain smooth operations. Who You Are You have hands-on experience in disability support and know what it takes to make a difference. You are confident providing personal care and supporting individuals with behaviours of concern. You bring resilience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude to every shift. Studying or holding a Certificate in Community Services is a plus. You’re a team player who lifts others up and brings good vibes wherever you go.
