As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in maintaining and growing relationships with our real estate agent partners, ensuring they maximise the value of our platform and contributing to our continued growth in a rapidly evolving market. What You Will Do Manage a high-volume, web-based account management of selected agents and agencies. Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with agents. Achieve customer retention and growth targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Understand agent needs and clearly communicate the value of our products. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with agents. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience. Keep accurate records of meetings, communications and progress. Stay up-to-date with company products, services and industry developments. What Success Looks Like Consistently achieve customer retention and growth targets. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, exceeding company standards. Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with real estate agents. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. About You Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Adaptability and highly organised work practices. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or sales. Strong understanding of digital platforms and online marketing. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
