Role Overview Lead and manage land development subdivision projects from concept through delivery. Provide technical leadership across civil design (roads, drainage, earthworks, servicing). Mentor junior engineers and support team capability growth. Build strong relationships with clients, councils, and authorities. Contribute to business development and help shape the division’s strategic direction. About You Degree in Civil Engineering. Ideally seeking an engineer with 8 years+ experience. Strong experience in land development and urban infrastructure. Confident leader with excellent project management abilities. Skilled communicator with proven client‑facing experience.
