About The Role Due to growth, we are seeking an Intermediate Civil Engineer and a Senior Civil Design Engineer who has worked in a similar consultancy role. The Senior Civil Engineer will report to the Civil Group Leader and be guided and mentored for career development, with the opportunity to work towards becoming the Civil Team Leader in the Sydney office. The role is hands‑on but may also involve project management, team management or oversight duties for those inclined toward those responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Roads design and construction Stormwater management systems Flood analysis and reporting Residential and land development projects Civil inspections Retaining walls and pavements design Essential Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Civil Design Engineering for a Senior Civil Engineer role Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Civil Design Engineering for an Intermediate Civil Design Engineer role Experience designing and managing projects with minimal supervision Regular coordination and interface with key clients and stakeholders Proficiency with MUSIC and DRAINS; experience with Civil 3D is highly beneficial Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in report writing Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards and council design standards Commitment to work-life balance, with no overtime expectations Support for chartership and external training courses, with optional compressed 9‑day fortnight How To Apply Please submit a full professional resume highlighting your experience with the above criteria by clicking "Apply".
