We are searching for an experienced and passionate Integrity Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining the trust and confidence of our football community. About the Opportunity The Integrity Manager will play a pivotal role in embedding Football Australia’s Integrity Framework, Capital Football’s Behaviour Standards, and related safeguarding and disciplinary policies across all levels of the game. This position ensures that every participant - from grassroots to elite - can enjoy football in a safe, fair, and inclusive environment. As the central point of contact for all integrity, conduct, and complaint-related matters, you will manage investigations, lead disciplinary and appeals processes, and provide expert advice to clubs, committees, and stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating the delivery of integrity education, supporting behavioural change initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in Capital Football’s integrity and disciplinary systems. Key Responsibilities Embed Football Australia’s Integrity Framework and Capital Football’s Behaviour Standards across all programs and competitions. Lead the management of integrity, conduct, and complaint matters, ensuring fair, timely, and confidential resolution. Oversee Capital Football’s Disputes and Disciplinary processes, including coordination of committee hearings and annual reviews. Provide expert advice and education to staff, clubs, and participants on integrity, behavioural, and disciplinary matters. Build strong relationships with Football Australia and other stakeholders to ensure best practice and policy alignment. Monitor compliance, maintain accurate records, and prepare timely reports on integrity and disciplinary activities. About You We’re looking for a dedicated and principled professional who is passionate about fostering a safe, fair, and respectful football environment. You will bring: The right to work in Australia. A current, or the ability to obtain, ACT Working with Vulnerable People card. A strong understanding of integrity frameworks, governance principles, and behavioural standards. Experience managing complaints, investigations, or disciplinary matters, ideally within a sporting, legal, or regulatory context. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence positive behaviours. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to promoting integrity and driving cultural change. Why Join Us?
