The Role Working as a Demand Planner & Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate forecasting, optimising stock levels, and maintaining seamless supply across the network. You will manage inventory across multiple warehouses, develop demand forecasts, monitor key metrics, coordinate shipments, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams. This is a hands‑on role where your planning expertise will directly influence supply chain efficiency and performance. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, and supplier collaboration. Strong analytical skills (ideally an advanced Excel user), commercial acumen, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights are essential. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a results‑driven mindset will allow you to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment. Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields are preferred, and professional certifications are highly regarded.
