Comfort Keepers South is a registered aged care provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality and person-centered in-home care services to older Australians. We are committed to empowering individuals to maintain comfort, safety, and independence in their own homes. As we continue to grow we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Client Engagement Coordinator to help us connect more clients with the quality care they deserve. The Role As a key member of our team, the Client Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in shaping our clients experience. You'll be the first in-person point of contact for potential and new clients and their families - helping them navigate the aged care system, understand services and funding and feel confident and supported throughout their onboarding journey. Key Responsibilities Convert leads into clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored service options working to set KPIs. Meet prospective clients in their homes, explaining service packages, agreements, funding, and budgets clearly. Collaborate with Client Coordinators and clinical teams to ensure smooth client handover and transition into services. Promote Comfort Keepers South at expos, community events, networking forums, and through stakeholder presentations. Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, assessors, hospitals, GPs, and community organisations. Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation to ensure compliance with legislative and organisational standards. Contribute to marketing campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. Monitor performance of leads and pipeline and provide weekly reports and insights. About You 2+ years experience in aged care home care or community services sector. A deep understanding of the client journey within aged care and how to delivery exceptional experiences. Proven ability to drive brand awareness and growth. Strong communication and relationship building skills combined with a proactive and motivated approach. Solutions-focused sales approach with experience meeting KPIs. Highly organised with excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Current full WA drivers licence and roadworthy, reliable car. Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain). Valid influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
