Marketing Perspective is looking for a Marketing Manager to work closely with our Managing Director to manage marketing for our clients, strengthen our brand, and support the next phase of our evolution. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically, partnering with leadership, and rolling up their sleeves to execute. About Marketing Perspective Marketing Perspective is a strategic marketing consultancy specialising in property, place and complex organisations. We work with developers, operators and purpose‑led businesses to help them define who they are, how they show up, and how they grow. Our work spans brand strategy, positioning, research, marketing strategy and advisory. We partner closely with our sister creative agency, Studio Perspective, and with a network of trusted collaborators. Our clients range from emerging businesses to established organisations, and our work is often high‑impact, high‑trust and long‑term. We are growing steadily and deliberately. This role is an important step in building our internal capability, strengthening our market presence, and supporting the leadership team as the business scales. We are a small, experienced team that values good judgement, clear thinking and quality work. We work closely, trust each other, and care deeply about what we put into the world and how we support our clients. The role We look at account management differently from many of our peers. We are a team of marketers who understand how to connect strategy to customers, and work as a seamless extension of our clients' team. As one of our Marketing Managers, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering our clients’ marketing and communications. This includes working closely with our creative team on briefing, crafting content, supporting clients’ digital infrastructure and lead generation, as well as contributing to thought leadership, ideation and event delivery. This is not a plug‑and‑play role. There is no fixed playbook. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand and anticipate client needs, think critically, and execute with care. You will work closely with the Managing Director, CEO and creative team, with exposure to both Marketing Perspective and Studio Perspective, and a strong understanding of how the two businesses work together. If you had been in the role this month, you might have: Worked with our Managing Director on a comprehensive marketing program designed to launch a project to market. Crafted a client’s positioning and key messaging. Planned and delivered a thought leadership content across meta, website and industry channels. Reviewed and refined a client’s website content to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with a strategy‑led approach. Developed a simple, sustainable marketing plan that balances visibility with focus. Coordinated marketing activity across multiple client projects. Identified opportunities to better articulate value through content, presentations or proposals. This role currently has no direct reports, but there is scope to build and manage capability over time as the business grows. The role is full time and based in our Prahran studio and offers flexibility. About you We’re looking for someone who is thoughtful, proactive and commercially minded. You enjoy working in smaller teams, value autonomy, and are comfortable navigating complex tasks. You don’t need to tick every box, but we’d love to hear from you if you are: Strategic and practical. You enjoy thinking at a high level, but you’re equally comfortable doing the work to make it happen. A strong communicator. You write clearly, confidently and with purpose, and can turn complex ideas into compelling narratives. Self‑directed. You don’t need a long list of tasks to be effective. You can identify what matters and move things forward. Quality‑driven. You care about craft, consistency and doing things properly, even when moving quickly. Experience that would be valuable (but not essential): Marketing or brand experience in a consultancy, professional services or strategy‑led environment. Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams. Exposure to property, place, design or complex B2B environments.
