Role Responsibilities: Client partnerships - Cement deep relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth. Build new revenue - Spot opportunities, craft winning proposals, and collaborate to drive new revenue streams. Leverage a suite of capabilities - Blend qualitative expertise with quantitative insights, BSCI, cultural insights, and proprietary AI. Deliver impactful insights: Design and execute innovative qual frameworks, transforming complex client challenges into actionable strategies. An inspirational leader - Share your knowledge, spark curiosity, and foster a high‑performing, engaged culture. Thought leadership - Continually seek influence from new developments in related fields - behaviour, psychology, semiotics and beyond. About You: We’re looking for a seasoned qualitative strategist with: Deep expertise in qualitative methodologies and client consulting. Experience in a leadership role in another strategic insights agency essential. Broad expertise across a range of methodologies and industries. Proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring high‑performing teams. Drive, energy, and a vision to contribute to the agency's growth and success.
