The role of Qual Insights Director Client partnerships – Lead a well‑established client portfolio. Spot opportunities – Leverage strong relationships to ignite new opportunities. Lead qual projects – Lead complex multi‑stage qualitative research projects with confidence and crystal‑clear thinking from proposal to presentation. Leverage a suite of capabilities – Blend qualitative expertise with quantitative insights, behavioural science, cultural frameworks and technology. Deliver impactful insights – Lead client presentations and deliverables with inspiring storytelling. Team leader – An inspiring role model for the team with direct reports. Candidate Profile We’re looking for a senior leader ready to be a game‑changer for clients and the future of this agency. Does this sound like you? An experienced qualitative researcher. Extensive experience in consumer insights strategy (agency side). Track record of leading & developing seriously close client relationships. Strong qualitative tool‑kit – qualitative consumer engagement techniques (groups, workshops, ethnography, social media, etc). Passionate about cultural insights, behavioural science and technology. Track record of writing winning proposals. Experience of leading & nurturing people.
