As a Senior Account Director, you’ll take ownership of some of the most important client relationships, managing projects that have a direct impact on business strategy. You’ll lead the entire research process, from crafting compelling proposals to delivering insights in a way that inspires action. Your work will go beyond just understanding what people say or do — you’ll uncover the deeper cultural and psychological drivers behind consumer behaviour. The day‑to‑day: Lead significant client projects, becoming a trusted advisor by deeply understanding their business needs and challenges. Write clear, compelling proposals and deliver visually impactful, insightful reports and presentations. Present research findings to clients, driving conversations that influence decision‑making. Apply a wide range of qualitative methodologies, using both traditional and innovative approaches. Mentor junior team members, helping them grow their qualitative research and consulting skills. Work closely with the Head of Qual and senior team members to contribute to the development of IP and new AI market offerings.
