Sanitation & Cleaning Coordinator

We’re currently seeking a proactive and experienced Sanitation Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our site remains “Audit Ready” at all times. Your Purpose Lead and coordinate sanitation activities across our manufacturing site to meet HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment. Days and Hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm Key Responsibilities Lead and support Sanitation Team Members in daily operations Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, and Operations teams to deliver scheduled cleaning tasks Ensure strict adherence to OH&S policies, cleaning SOPs, and chemical handling procedures Perform routine and scheduled cleaning across production areas, equipment, offices, and amenities Maintain accurate documentation and elevate issues requiring additional attention Promote a safety‑first culture and contribute to continuous improvement What You’ll Bring Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment Minimum 12 months experience in sanitation or cleaning within the food industry Strong understanding of OH&S, HACCP, and BRC standards Experience with cleaning chemicals and equipment, including lock‑out/tag‑out procedures Ability to work autonomously and lead a team effectively Excellent time management, problem‑solving, and communication skills Why Join Us?
