Sales Representative – Outbound Support (Energy) Location: Perth (On-site) Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and delivering great customer experiences? We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Perth team. Responsibilities Taking and making inbound/outbound calls to customers to assist with energy product enquiries and solutions. Building rapport with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored guidance. Working closely with the Sales Manager to meet weekly targets and KPIs. Maintaining accurate call records and following compliance requirements. Requirements Strong sales and call centre experience (energy sector experience a plus, but not required). Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner. A results‑driven operator who can take ownership of performance and works effectively in a team. Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and continuous improvement to drive efficiency, quality and measurable outcomes.
