A$70,000-$80,000 p/a + Super + Bonuses On-site Posted 2 days ago Sales Representative Burswood Location $70,000 - $80,000 + Super + Achievable Bonuses Permanent, Full-Time Role with Extensive Growth Opportunities Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM Our client is a growing WA owned retailer with a strong presence in the outdoor and mechanical industry, mainly supplying equipment used in cars, caravans & 4WD's. As a result of ongoing growth, they are looking to expand into all states across Australia, requiring them to add an additional Sales Representative to the team. Job Duties: Determining customer needs and offering expert advice and recommendations on products and services. Managing incoming queries and providing advice / ongoing support to customers to resolve any issues and meet their needs, mainly over the phone. Providing quotes, process orders, updating the customer database and following up on orders. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by staying up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. Attending various industry events and trade shows. Requirements: Strong previous sales experience in retail, ideally within the outdoor or mechanical industry. Strong interpersonal and phone skills are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems. Current Australian Driver's License As this is an ongoing, full-time role, we require candidates with full working rights and are available to work Full-Time hours from Monday - Friday.
