Your role – This is a fixed‑term position The Program Manager – ICT leads the Digital Reimagination (DRI) Program, driving major technology transformation across VCEA and MACS. The role provides program leadership across planning, governance, delivery, and stakeholder engagement. It supports the Digital Delivery and Enablement team and suits an experienced ICT Program Manager with strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and enterprise program delivery experience. The team focuses on delivering large‑scale digital initiatives that enable MACS’ and VCEA’s strategic technology goals. What you will do Lead the Digital Reimagination (IT) Program from design to implementation release, including prioritising business requirements. Collaborate with the implementation vendor team, Diocesan IT Managers, VCEA and various internal teams within MACS as the Business solutions are being rolled out. Provide strategic oversight, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of the delivery of the Digital Reimagination (IT) Program, using fit for purpose delivery methodologies, like agile. Develop the mobilisation of the program structure and team to ensure successful engagement of all stakeholders and delivery groups involved in delivering program outcomes. Manage program plans, budget, dependencies, risks, and issues in line with MACS Program Management Framework, with the Program Management Office (PMO). Design and manage cross‑stream and cross‑functional activities within MACS, participating school governing entities and the Implementation Partner. Lead, manage and support the program team by actively modelling behaviours and values and supporting staff to continuously improve and adapt to change. About you Highly demonstrable & relevant experience as a Program Manager Strong understanding of Program/ Project processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards. Excellent program management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualisation Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation, training and communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders How to apply Please refer to the position description for further details about the role and the Key Selection Criteria.
