Role Purpose Are you passionate about connecting with guests and working in a beautiful 5‑star hotel? We have the opportunity to welcome a Guest Service Agent who is brave, bold and bursting with energy to Crystalbrook Vincent. We are looking for a forward‑thinking people‑person who can work within a team environment to elevate our guest experience to new heights. Responsibilities Team‑centric and enjoy working towards common goals Previous hotel guest service experience Strong IT and process experience with a strong attention to detail; familiarity with Opera (PMS) Working knowledge of Brisbane with enthusiasm for local tourism is useful Availability to work across a 7‑day roster, including evenings and nights Motivated to provide the best guest experience possible Unfortunately, we are unable to consider individuals holding short‑term or student visas for this position.
