Every dollar our team donates is matched and together we have donated more than $33m to our charity partners.We offer generous team member discounts across The Good Guys and JB Hi-Fi.You will have exposure to ongoing training & development opportunities from day one.We offer fantastic long-term career opportunities across the broader JB Hi-Fi/The Good Guys group.The RoleThe primary focus with this position is working and reducing overdue debt while offering a quality service to the TGG Commercial business.Responsibilities:Building a strong amicable working relationship with the TGG Commercial businessForming and maintaining a good working relationship with our own commercial divisionConsistently working through and clearing overdue balancesStrong reconciliation skillsThe ability to investigate and problem solve queries (internal / external)End of month reporting re overdue balancesAbility to complete refunds in a timely mannerTo process payments and assist with banking (when required)Attending to ad-hoc matters at the direction of managementRequirements:Previous experience in a full function Accounts Receivable role (3-5 years)Strong organisational / time management skillsEffective communication skills (both written and verbal)Self-motivator with ability to work as part of a team or independentlyWillingness to learn new skills and various systemsTo ApplyIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
