ZSG Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities Hiring and training new staff Office and admin duties including financials Stock and ordering Shift management Reporting to owners/directors ZSG Restaurant Manager's Skills & Experience Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on A passion for food and executing restaurant operations A positive ‘can do’ attitude Ability to build an efficient team in a fast‑paced environment Experienced restaurant management: 2 years minimum (preferred) Visa sponsorship: nomination for temporary work visa and/or permanent residency will be considered for eligible candidates.
