The Shore Foundation is seeking a Head of Foundation to lead its next chapter of growth in philanthropy, fundraising, and community engagement. About the Role Reporting to the independent Foundation Board and working closely with the Headmaster and senior stakeholders, you will: Provide visionary leadership and strategic development in line with the Foundation’s values Develop and deliver a multi‑year philanthropic strategy aligned with Shore School’s priorities Lead a significant capital campaign and other fundraising initiatives Cultivate strong relationships with donors, alumni, parents, and community leaders Oversee governance, financial stewardship, and development of Foundation staff Elevate the Foundation’s profile through compelling communications and engagement This is more than a leadership role.
