As a Sales Manager for our SMB segment, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of new and established representatives in a fast‑paced and rapidly changing environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about transforming sales, service and marketing and is a team builder and coaches sellers. Responsibilities Attract, recruit and retain top talent Support salespeople in all aspects of the sales process and keep them accountable to KPIs that drive business growth Have excellent time‑management and organizational skills Have an analytical mindset and leverage data across all interactions Continue to build a track record of coaching reps for success Effectively communicate and motivate across multiple media, both externally and internally Support the business in cross‑functional projects to drive organizational advancement Qualifications Experience leading and coaching a high‑performing quota‑carrying team Experience successfully leading and coaching your team toward a collective vision High emotional intelligence – genuine empathy for others, adapting communication to motivations of your team Committed to overachievement – a “never quit” attitude and drive to overachieve against targets Data‑driven – leverage and communicate using data to improve core KPIs Uses good judgment, especially for difficult decisions Accountable – honest, transparent, authentic communication with colleagues Benefits Competitive salary, stock options, and uncapped commissions Flexible work environment with options for remote, in‑office or hybrid setups World‑class new‑hire training and onboarding Education allowance up to USD$5,000 per annum Primary Caregiver Leave (16 weeks) and Secondary Caregiver Leave (6 weeks) Our Culture HubSpot culture is driven by a shared passion for our mission and metrics.
