This role is responsible for the operational management of the Admissions Department at Canterbury Hospital, which includes waitlist management. This role is also responsible for ensuring the Department meets its KPIs. For more information, please view the Position Description. Ideal Candidate Demonstrated understanding of the management of a Waitlist within an Admissions Office setting. Experience in supervision of front‑line clerical staff within a health service. Ability to train and educate staff in a variety of tasks, including those relating to Waitlist duties. Ability work in a busy, multidisciplinary team with minimal supervision required.
