It is a requirement for our community roles, all staff possess a reliable vehicle, valid Australian driver licence and be willing to travel throughout the Rockhampton region visiting clients in their own homes. The Role Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include: Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home) Domestic assistance Engaging in social activities as required Benefits $15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal & entertainment allowance Excellent work-life balance Flexible location – Work locally throughout the Rockhampton region.
