Branch Member Consultant - Booragoon Join the dedicated team at our HCF Booragoon Branch. Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service. About The Role Part‑time position based in our HCF Booragoon Branch. Our ideal spread of hours would be Monday to Friday, 11am – 3pm (20 hours total), however we can be flexible depending on the successful candidate. You will also be required to work 1–2 Saturdays per month (Saturday trading hours are 10am – 2pm). Please note that the initial training period for this position is full time, for a period of approximately four weeks. This includes one week in our Head Office in Sydney CBD (commencing 8th December), with travel and accommodation arranged in advance. Cantonese or Mandarin language skills are highly desirable, as they will be a valuable asset in supporting our diverse community. Responsibilities Embrace face‑to‑face and telephone needs‑based selling, highlighting our diverse range of health, life and other insurance products. This may also include opportunities to broaden your business development skills outside of the HCF branch and in your local community. Ensure resolutions to our members’ problems that go beyond expectations. Maintain the accuracy of our membership information in accordance with organisational policies and procedures. About You Possess a keen drive to make a difference in members’ lives, with experience in needs‑based selling being highly desirable. Proven background in customer service environments, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently. Quick to grasp complex computer systems. Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
