Disability Support Worker (Cantonese or Mandarin‑Speaking) – Burwood, Sydney Position: Casual (shifts across mornings, evenings, and sleepovers) Hourly Rate: $40–$60 (SCHADS Award Level 2.1 plus casual loading) Are you fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin and passionate about supporting others? We’re recruiting enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join a caring Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Burwood. About the Employer Our client is an established NDIS provider specializing in culturally aligned support for a diverse participant base. Their focus is on creating home environments where language, culture, and community are truly respected and celebrated.
