Team Operations and Enablement (12 months FTC) Join Canva as a Team Operations and Enablement specialist to support the Teams & Education Supergroup (T&E). In this role you’ll partner with Group Leadership, other Operations Business Partners, and cross‑functional teams to build operational excellence, drive goal delivery, and cultivate a collaborative culture. What You'd Be Doing In This Role Driving Operational Cadence & Goal Delivery Build and maintain robust operational rhythms for T&E, ensuring clarity, visibility, and accountability toward company‑level goals. Partner with Group Leadership to drive planning, execution, and progress tracking across complex, cross‑functional initiatives. Break large projects into manageable, trackable workstreams to bring structure to ambiguity. Championing Exceptional Communication & Vibes Act as the communication conduit across teams, ensuring the right people have the right context at the right time. Distill complexity into simple, engaging updates for audiences at all levels. Shape the cultural heartbeat of T&E through consistent energy, relationships, and interpersonal leadership. Designing & Delivering Events, Rituals & Bonding Support leads in designing and delivering impactful onsite events, team forums, and other connection rituals. Coordinate team bonding, celebrations, milestone recognition, and Supergroup‑wide moments. Oversee relevant budgets and ensure initiatives align with values. Coordinate Group/Supergroup level All Hands, Show & Tells, and other large forums. Owning Cross‑Functional Programs & Special Initiatives Take full ownership of high‑impact cross‑functional programs, ensuring clarity, momentum, and coordination. Build and deliver strategic programs and seasonal initiatives. Anticipate emerging friction points and design lightweight solutions and experiments. Celebrating Impact & Telling Our Story Track, synthesize, and communicate progress and business impact across teams. Surface wins, celebrate milestones, and keep the team connected to shared goals. You're probably a match if Experience in enablement, ops, project/program management, ideally within tech or scale‑up environments. Strong operational excellence skill set—rhythms, systems, documentation, workflows, and scalable processes. High energy and a positive vibe that uplifts others and contributes to a collaborative culture. Excitement about using AI to automate, optimize, and elevate operational impact. Relationship‑building powerhouse with trust‑building skills with senior leaders and peers. Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, manage shifting priorities, and drive alignment amid change.
