What you’ll be doing As a Graduate Environmental Scientist at Alcoa, you will learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in: Developing, implementing, and maintaining an Environment Management System focused on regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and best practices. Assisting with the coordination of environmental risk assessments. Assisting with the identification of potential environmental impacts and helping to develop and implement mitigation strategies to reduce those risks. Supporting regional and site environmental teams through data entry, review, analysis, reporting, review and update of manuals and procedures, and report preparation and submission. Assisting with coordination of internal and external environmental audits.
