What you’ll be doing As a Graduate Environmental Scientist at Alcoa, you will learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in: Developing, implementing, and maintaining an Environment Management System with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and best practices. Assisting with the coordination of environmental risk assessments. Assisting with the identification of potential environmental impacts and helping to develop and implement mitigation strategies to reduce those risks. Providing support to regional and site environmental teams through functions such as data entry, review and analysis, reporting, review and update of cross-site manuals and procedures, and the preparation and submission of reports. Assisting with the coordination of internal and external environmental audits.
