About The Opportunity This is an opportunity for a full time Logistics Analyst , where you will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities Conducting cost benefit analysis on various scenarios and recommend changes to improve efficiency and profitability. Analysing optimum stock levels versus optimum manufacturing efficiencies leading to implementation of improvements increasing profitability. Analysing existing supply routes, supply chain settings and stocking locations to provide cost effective solutions that meet the developing needs of the business. Analysing, modifying and maintaining forecasts in line with feedback from sales. Providing root cause analysis of stock outs and first pass hit rate failures together with development and implementation of corrective actions. Managing tools effectively including the run out of superseded inventory at the appropriate time to ensure low levels of product obsolescence and continuing high levels of customer service. Generating reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide visibility over KPIs including sell rate, buy rate, volume comparisons, and trends across fiscal periods. Coordinating logistics and shipment planning, including export and domestic sales flows, liaising with carriers, and assessing container space and timing constraints. Supporting procurement and pricing strategies by monitoring market trends, material prices, and cost fluctuations. Producing client-facing reports to track withdrawals and manage rebate calculations, ensuring data accuracy and timely communication. About You Key Skills, Experience, and Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, business analysis, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline, providing a strong foundation for predictive analytics, data-driven decision-making, and process optimisation. Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Demonstrate experience using Wastedge is essential. High attention to detail, strong customer service standards, and a commitment to quality. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python/R , including dashboard creation, data consolidation, and automation of reporting processes. Desirable / Highly Regarded Skills Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives in logistics or waste management environments. Experience developing or refining automated reporting flows , consolidating multiple data sources for accurate and timely dashboards. Ability to apply AI-based concepts to improve forecast accuracy, optimise inventory levels, and integrate #J-18808-Ljbffr
