Trifecta have partnered with an industry leading tier 1 construction group who deliver a broad range of construction services for tier 1&2 commercial builders. Due to an increase of work in their growing basements division, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager looking to step up into a leadership position with the business. Your new role 2IC to the Director you will assist in project management duties as well as mentoring junior staff members. Complete reporting requirements for financial, operation and survey needs of the site. Implement and monitor the project program in respect to engineering services. Develop and foster effective and regular communication with the Project Team including suppliers and clients. What you need to succeed Previous experience working within Basements, Excavation, earthworks and piling is preferred. Previous experience in a Project Engineer role either working in Commercial or Civil/infrastructure projects. Civil Engineering Degree Local experience is preferred, experience in UK/USA or NZ is also being considered.
