City Linemarking , based in Norwest, is currently seeking a Operations Manager to join our growing team. We are an established and fast‑expanding linemarking company looking for the right individual to support our continued growth and ensure our projects are delivered efficiently, and to the highest standards. About the Role The Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day field operations, scheduling, and project delivery across our linemarking, paint application, and site works. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, solution‑focused, and capable of managing multiple crews across various sites while maintaining strong client communication. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule all linemarking and site teams across Sydney Oversee project delivery to ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Manage daily workflow, resource allocation, and equipment readiness Liaise with clients, builders, and site managers for job updates and requirements Lead safety compliance, site induction management, and ensure WHS standards are met Supervise and support supervisors, crew leaders, and operations staff Resolve operational issues quickly to minimise downtime and maximise productivity Review job documentation, site photos, and completion reports Assist with quoting, job planning, and scope interpretation Drive continuous improvement across operations, systems, and team performance What We’re Looking For Previous experience in operations or linemarking (preferred but not essential) Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage field crews Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Intermediate computer skills (emails, scheduling tools, basic reporting) A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving ability Driver’s licence required What We Offer Opportunity to lead operations within a rapidly growing company Supportive team culture with direct access to company leadership Modern office based in Norwest with free on‑site parking Flexibility and autonomy to make meaningful operational improvements A stable, established business with a strong pipeline of ongoing work Involvement in high‑profile linemarking and infrastructure projects across Sydney If you are ready to work with an exciting business and want to work with a company who supply all our staff a decent work life balance.
