Donor Coordinator Location: SydneySalary: $70,000–$80,000 + Super As the Donor Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for supporters, ensuring every donor feels valued and connected to the organisation’s mission. You’ll manage incoming enquiries, process donations, maintain database accuracy, and assist with fundraising and retention. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a relationship-focused role, enjoys working in a close-knit team, and takes pride in delivering outstanding supporter experiences. Your day-to-day: Providing warm, professional support to donors via phone and email Processing donations, receipts, and thank‑you letters Maintaining accurate donor records in the CRM Assisting with direct mail, email, and digital fundraising campaigns Coordinating donor communications, events, and engagement activities Supporting the fundraising and marketing teams with reporting and data management About You: Proven experience in donor care, fundraising, individual giving or philanthropy Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong attention to detail and database management skills (CRM experience ideal) A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine interest in the NFP sector If you are keen on the role, don't hesitate and apply now #J-18808-Ljbffr
